01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the suite of services provided by H-Links Integrated Solutions ("the Company"), including but not limited to Optimization, Fleet Management, and Digital integration platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("user"), and H-Links.
If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the site and our services and you must discontinue use immediately. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms at any time and for any reason.

Digital Connectivity
Cloud-based management systems that link fleet operations with real-time labor data and textile processing metrics.
Services are provided "as is" and "as available." H-Links operates as a facilitator of industrial connectivity. While we strive for surgical precision in all logistics and digital workflows, service availability may be subject to regional regulations and infrastructure constraints.
03User Obligations
As a user of our industrial services, you represent and warrant that:

Users may have access to proprietary algorithms and logistics optimization strategies ("Confidential Information"). You agree to keep such information strictly confidential and use it only for the purposes for which it was provided.
04Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and Services are our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
05Limitation of Liability
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses, even if H-Links has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
